FAQs

What Would You Like to Know?

Can I visit the nursery? Buy plants & products on site?
We are not open for browsing anymore. You can arrange to pickup a product from our website by appointment in Glenwood NSW.

How much does shipping cost?
We only ship pots & products within Australia. No overseas postage.
Shipping of pots is weight based. If you would like to purchase more than one pot please contact us first and we can do a shipping estimate for you. Otherwise if you do a purchase and you pay more than shipping costs we will contact you and refund the difference. All our items such as fertiliers, painted pots, etc can be sent by standard post or express post – just choose an option at checkout.

What is the return policy?
Return of pots is possible if the product is faulty. We do not offer returns for change of mind. If the colour of the pot is going to match something you already own, then we are happy to send you pictures of the pot(s) in various lights to make sure its the right colour you’re after.
While we do take all care while packing anything we sell for postage, once it leaves us we are not responsible for Australia Post losing or damaging a package. You must take care to ensure that the correct address is entered when checking out. It is not our responsibility to refund if the parcel is sent to the wrong address. We will take responsibility if it is our fault that the wrong address was on the parcel.

What if the products arrive damaged?
You must advise us within 24 hours of you receiving the order that something isn’t right. Clear photos must be attached. If a painted pot is cracked in transit please advise us straight away and make sure to take photos of the packaging box so we can tell whether the postal service is at fault.

I changed my mind and I’d like to return or exchange:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind usually. You may contact us and ask and we reserve the right to refuse.

Policy around sales:
We reserve the right to change pricing on anything we sell without notice. This will never happen after you have paid for items.

What packing materials do you use?
Packaging is generally re-used by us and sometimes even multiple times by us. There may be plastic involved such as bubble wrap but we have never purchased any. There may be newspaper which can be recyelced or composted.

Please contact us if you have any questions about this, we are happy to clarify anything.
